Please upload the clearest, highest-quality original photograph available. Original image files are preferred over screenshots, compressed copies, or images downloaded from social media whenever possible.
Photo Engraving Quality Notice: The quality of the photograph you submit directly affects the detail, clarity, and overall appearance of the finished engraving. Clear, well-lit, in-focus, high-resolution original photographs generally provide the strongest engraving results. Depending on the photograph, EverCherish may crop the image, adjust brightness or contrast, enhance tonal balance, simplify or remove the background, or make other reasonable image preparations to achieve the best possible engraving result. Final engraving quality will still depend on the resolution, lighting, focus, contrast, composition, and other characteristics of the original photograph. Image preparation can improve a suitable photograph but cannot recreate detail that is not present in the original image.
Concise wording generally allows for larger text and greater readability. Longer passages may require smaller text and tighter spacing.
Wording & Legibility Notice: Every memorial plaque has a limited engraving area. The amount of wording submitted directly affects text size, spacing, placement, and the overall plaque layout. Shorter passages generally allow for larger, clearer text and additional space for the memorial photograph, name, dates, and decorative elements. Longer poems, prayers, verses, quotations, or personal messages may require smaller text, tighter spacing, adjusted line breaks, or other layout changes so the wording fits properly. Including a large amount of wording may reduce readability. Font size, line spacing, decorative placement, and overall arrangement may therefore vary from the examples shown. EverCherish may recommend reasonable wording or layout adjustments when necessary. You will receive a digital proof before production so you can review the proposed text size, placement, layout, and overall legibility.
