All EverCherish branding, logos, original written content, product presentation, design concepts, website materials, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to EverCherish and/or The Laser Craft Lab LLC unless otherwise stated.

The EverCherish name and associated branding may be displayed with the applicable trademark designation in use at the time. Use of the ™ symbol does not represent federal trademark registration. The ® symbol will only be used where a mark has been formally registered and is legally permitted to carry that designation.
