The EverCherish™ QR Memorial Tribute Set combines a personalized Memorial Video with a QR-connected Memorial Card, creating both a physical keepsake and a digital tribute to the same loved one.
The QR Code on the Memorial Card connects to the associated Memorial Video through EverCherish-managed QR access, allowing the tribute to be revisited from the physical keepsake.
This bundle is designed for families who want a meaningful memorial that combines something tangible to keep with a digital tribute containing photographs, memories, music, and their story.

QR MEMORIAL CARD OPTIONS
The included QR Memorial Card begins as a Standard Single-Sided wallet card with a QR Code Memorial design.
Available Card configurations include:
• Standard Single-Sided
• Special Single-Sided
• Standard Double-Sided
• Special Double-Sided
Special Single-Sided formats include Hanging Memorial Card, Fridge Memorial Magnet, and Adhesive-Backed Memorial Card.
The Special Double-Sided configuration is a Double-Sided Hanging Memorial Card.
For single-sided Cards, the QR Code Memorial design is required.
For double-sided Cards, one side contains the QR Code Memorial while the other side may feature either a Photo Memorial or Poem / Verse Memorial. You may choose which side contains the QR Code.
MEMORIAL VIDEO DETAILS
The included personalized Memorial Video uses up to 30 submitted photographs and is designed as an approximately 2–4 minute digital tribute.
You may provide information about your loved one, important memories, preferred tone, memorial wording, music preferences, and other guidance to help EverCherish create a tribute that reflects their life and story.
The standard video package includes:
• Up to 30 photos
• Approximately 2–4 minute finished tribute
• 2 revision rounds
• Digital delivery
• EverCherish-managed QR access
A 31–50 photo package is available for an additional $39.99.
Additional revision rounds beyond the two included rounds are available for $25 each.
QR ACCESS & HOW IT WORKS
Your Memorial Card contains a QR Code connected to the associated Memorial Video through EverCherish-managed QR access.
Scanning the QR Code with a compatible smartphone or device opens the connected digital tribute.
EverCherish manages the QR connection so the physical QR Code can remain associated with the memorial even when the underlying digital destination requires administrative changes.
The QR Code should remain unobstructed and clearly visible so it can be scanned reliably.
PHOTOS, MUSIC & TRIBUTE SUBMISSION
Clear, high-quality original photographs generally provide the best results for both Memorial Card engraving and Memorial Video presentation.
Instructions for submitting Memorial Video photographs and other digital materials will be provided after ordering.
You may also provide preferred music style, mood, genre, or a specific song request. Specific songs are requests rather than guarantees and may require an alternative selection depending on availability or licensing.
Longer wording, poems, verses, or messages may require layout or text-size adjustments. Your proof will show the proposed design before final production.
ADDITIONAL CARDS, PROOF & REVISIONS
Additional identical QR Memorial Cards may be added for $9.99 each.
Identical Cards use the same approved QR connection, Card format, color, design, wording, photograph, and personalization as the Card included in the bundle.
Two Memorial Video revision rounds are included. Additional revision rounds may be purchased for $25 each.
A proof will be provided before final completion. Please carefully review names, dates, photographs, wording, QR placement, Card design, and other personalization details before approval.
