About This Keepsake Set
The EverCherish™ Remembrance Keepsake Set pairs a personalized Memorial Card with a personalized Memorial Tag, thoughtfully created together to honor the same loved one.
It is designed for families who want more than one meaningful physical keepsake without needing a digital Memorial Video or QR-connected memorial.
Both keepsakes are personalized around the same memorial name and dates while allowing separate colors and design choices for the Card and Tag.

Memorial Card Options
The included Memorial Card begins as a Standard Single-Sided wallet card.
Available Card configurations include:
• Standard Single-Sided
• Special Single-Sided
• Standard Double-Sided
• Special Double-Sided
Special Single-Sided formats include Hanging Memorial Card, Fridge Memorial Magnet, and Adhesive-Backed Memorial Card.
The Special Double-Sided configuration is a Double-Sided Hanging Memorial Card.
The Memorial Card may feature either a Photo Memorial or Poem / Verse Memorial design. Double-sided Cards allow the front and back designs to be selected independently.
QR Code designs are not available in this Remembrance Keepsake Set because a Memorial Video or digital memorial is not included.
Memorial Tag Options
The included Memorial Tag begins as a Single-Sided memorial.
You may upgrade to a Double-Sided Memorial Tag during personalization.
Available Tag designs include:
• Photo Memorial
• Poem / Verse Memorial
Double-sided Tags allow the front and back designs to be selected independently.
Available Tag colors include Black, Blue, Green, Purple, Pink, and Red.
Black is recommended when photograph detail and contrast are especially important.
Photos, Wording & Engraving
Clear, high-resolution original photographs generally provide the strongest engraving results.
Black typically provides the strongest photograph contrast and detail. Other colors may produce a softer engraved appearance.
Longer poems, verses, prayers, quotations, or memorial wording may require smaller text, tighter spacing, or layout adjustments.
EverCherish may make reasonable image and layout adjustments when preparing your memorial for engraving.
Your digital proof will show the proposed appearance before production begins.
Additional Identical Copies
Additional identical Memorial Cards and Memorial Tags may be added for $9.99 each.
Identical copies use the same approved design, color, format, wording, photograph, and personalization as the corresponding keepsake included in the bundle.
If you would like a different photograph, wording, color, design, or memorial for an additional item, please order that item separately rather than using the identical-copy option.

A digital proof will be provided before production begins.
Please carefully review names, dates, spelling, photographs, wording, layout, orientation, and other design details before approving your proof.

Because each EverCherish memorial is individually prepared, the final arrangement may vary slightly depending on the submitted photograph, wording length, selected format, and engraving area.
